Our Return Promise
At Cinch Clothing Shop, we stand behind every stitch in our western workwear just like we stand behind our return policy. If your gear doesn’t meet our high standards of durability and comfort, we’ll make it right – simple as that.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on flame-resistant work shirts or any customized/personalized items. These are built to your specifications just like a rancher’s favorite pair of jeans.
How to Return Your Item
Follow these steps as carefully as we craft our triple-stitched seams:
- Submit a Return Request using the template below to [email protected]
- Wait for our Florida team to approve your request (typically within 1 business day)
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging
- Include your order number and return form

Return Shipping
Choose your shipping method like you’d choose between our work pants or jeans:
- Standard Return: Use any trackable carrier (recommend DHL/FedEx for fastest processing)
- Free Return Label: Available for defective items (we’ll email this upon approval)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, just like the snaps on our shirts stay put.
Exchange Process
Need a different size? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your request. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original – no extra shipping charges for domestic exchanges.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (we inspect each item as thoroughly as we inspect our fabric)
- Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
